Taylor Swift stays in command of the Billboard Hot 100 for the week ending October 24, 2026. “Patient Zero” holds No. 1 in its third chart week, while Ella Langley’s “Choosin' Texas” remains at No. 2 and reaches 52 weeks on the chart.
The top four positions are unchanged from October 17, but the week is far from static. Dominic Fike reaches the Top 10, ADELA pushes to another new high, and Ashe enters the Top 40. With just two debuts across the full Top 100, much of the action belongs to songs already building their runs.
Swift leads; Langley reaches 52 weeks
“Patient Zero” has now occupied No. 1 in each of its first three chart weeks. Behind “Choosin’ Texas,” Stella Lefty holds No. 3 with “Boston,” and Morgan Wallen stays at No. 4 with “Been By Now.”
“Dracula,” by Tame Impala & JENNIE, climbs one place to No. 5, matching its peak in its 55th chart week. That gives the Top 5 two songs with at least 52 chart weeks: “Dracula” and “Choosin’ Texas.”
Langley also advances elsewhere. “Loving Life Again” rises from No. 19 to a new peak of No. 16 in week 30, while “Be Her” moves from No. 15 to No. 13. “Jaded,” credited to Koe Wetzel & Ella Langley, climbs six places to a new high of No. 18.
Fike enters the Top 10; ADELA reaches No. 6
Fike’s “Babydoll” moves from No. 13 to No. 10 in its 36th chart week. The new peak makes it this week’s only entry into the Top 10 from outside last week’s group.
ADELA’s “Nicole Kidman” continues upward, improving from No. 9 to No. 6 in week six. Her “Ain't In LA” also sets a new peak, rising five places to No. 24.
Ariana Grande holds No. 7 with “Hate That I Made You Love Me,” and Olivia Rodrigo remains at No. 8 with “Stupid Song.” “BbY WOW,” by Karol G With Judeline & rusowsky, edges from No. 10 to No. 9.
“All My Exes” leads the climbs
The biggest rise among songs present on both weekly charts belongs to Lauren Alaina Featuring Chase Matthew. “All My Exes” jumps 18 places, from No. 65 to a new peak of No. 47 in its eighth week.
Rodrigo follows with a 16-place climb for “Expectations,” up from No. 79 to No. 63. Ashe’s “Stop The Wedding!” advances 14 spots to a new high of No. 34, entering the Top 40 in week six. After climbing from No. 64 to No. 48 last week, it has gained 30 places over two chart weeks.
Two collaborations make 12-place moves: “WTF GOIN” by Belly Gang Kushington & 21 Savage reaches a new peak of No. 43, while “Rein Me In” by Sam Fender & Olivia Dean moves to No. 49. Steve Lacy’s “Nothing” climbs ten places to a new best of No. 62.
New highs beyond the headline
Zara Larsson takes “Midnight Sun” from No. 17 to a new peak of No. 12 in week 39. Malcolm Todd reaches a new high of No. 17 with “Earrings,” up three places in its 33rd week.
Further down the Top 40, Teddy Swims’ “Mr. Know It All” and Luke Combs’ “Rethink Some Things” each gain five spots, reaching new peaks of Nos. 30 and 31. Sienna Spiro returns to the Top 40 with “Great Expectation,” up from No. 41 to a new best of No. 38.
The chart’s other “Babydoll” is climbing too: Jamie Miller’s “Babydoll” rises seven places to a new high of No. 70 in week four. It is a separate song from Fike’s Top 10 entry.
Two debuts, five returning songs
Gunna supplies the highest debut with “Pop It” at No. 55. Lainey Wilson enters at No. 93 with “Kinda Love It.” Wilson also reaches a new peak of No. 45 with “Phone, Keys, Wallet,” her collaboration with John Mayer, up eight places.
Five songs return after being absent from last week’s list: “Another Drink” by Marshmello & Kelsea Ballerini at No. 95; Megan Moroney’s “Medicine” at No. 96; Rodrigo’s “Cigarette Smoke” at No. 97; Vincent Mason’s “Damned If I Do” at No. 98; and Rodrigo’s “Less” at No. 100. Their accumulated chart weeks distinguish these returns from first-week debuts.
Last week’s high new entries move lower: Drake & Don Toliver’s “Solar Eclipse” falls from No. 5 to No. 19, “Quebec” moves from No. 11 to No. 25, and “Cold Shoulder,” credited to Drake, Don Toliver & Yebba, drops from No. 18 to No. 33.
